The eldest Mr. Navin Chandra Shah has wide experience of handling and management of money which he has learnt by assisting his father Shri Shankarlal Pannalal Shah and renowned in his region for his transparency and truthfulness.
Mr. Vastupal Shah has gained rich experience of running of different type of hotels. He has successfully run them with confidence and shown his competence to the co-owner of those hotels. Mr. Pankaj Shah has enriched himself in the matters of taxation and management is working as consultant to many organizations in addition to work for Hotel Pearl. He has been socially active and is one of the main pillars for settling the hotel and making image of the Hotel in the Malwa region.
Mr. Abhay Shah, the youngest brothers has done Diploma in Hotel management and has worked in various prestigious hotels of Indore city during his apprenticeship and even after. His rich experience with the lining of studies has lead Hotel Pearl to come out with innovative idea for attracting customers.
